Summer 2020 Virtual Pitch Competition Winners

Competition 1
Social and Environmental Issues

The winner of this week's competition was Sid Patil, who tackled the Erase Food Waste challenge. Sid designed a website that helps stores decide what to do with their prices in order to sell more "ugly food" instead of throwing the food away. Click here to see the winning pitch.

Technological Developments

The winner of this week's competition was Sid Patil, who took on the Operation Lifeline challenge. Sid built a first-aid kit that added an extra cool-keeping component for medicines that must be kept cold, which could be crucial in the event of a natural disaster. Economic and Business Models

The winner of this week's competition was Ananya Gurajala, who developed a solution for the Power Me Up challenge. Ananya designed an electric charging station that was eco-friendly, cost-effective, and designed for a pleasant user experience. Click here to see the winning pitch.

Mixed Challenges
